1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pet Pro Academy (the “Service”) and purchases of our digital products. By using the Service or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

5) Digital products and delivery

We sell digital products (including eBooks, courses, planners, templates, downloads, and other digital content).
Delivery is typically via:

  • Immediate access in your members area, and/or

  • Download links and access instructions

You are responsible for having compatible devices, software, and internet access.

6) License and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, digital products are licensed, not sold.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased products for your own personal use.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense any product

  • Upload products to file-sharing sites or publicly display them

  • Copy/reproduce products for commercial use

  • Remove copyright notices or access controls

Violation may result in termination of access without refund.

7) Pricing, taxes, and payments

  • Prices are shown at checkout.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe.

  • We currently do not apply VAT.

Note: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be responsible for any local taxes, duties, or fees. We may update tax handling if required by law in the future.

8) 14-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on digital products.

How it works:

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@petproacademy.com.

  • Please include: the email used at checkout, the product name, and your order/payment details.

  • If approved, your access to the refunded product (and included bonuses, if any) may be revoked.

Refund exclusions (fair-use protection):
We may refuse or limit refunds in cases of abuse, such as:

  • Repeated refund requests after extensive consumption of multiple products

  • Fraudulent chargebacks or evidence of unauthorized purchases

  • Violations of the license terms (sharing/reselling content)

9) Educational disclaimer (dog training)

Our content is provided for educational purposes only. Results vary by dog, environment, health, prior learning history, and consistency of training.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. For safety/medical concerns, consult a veterinarian or qualified professional.

10) Intellectual property

All content on Pet Pro Academy (branding, text, videos, downloads, templates, designs) is owned by Pet Pro Academy or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

11) Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or overload the Service

  • Circumvent access restrictions

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

12) Service changes and availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We aim for reliable access, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Pet Pro Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14) Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and access to content may be revoked.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country apply, they will still apply where required.
