These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pet Pro Academy (the “Service”) and purchases of our digital products. By using the Service or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

8) 14-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on digital products.

How it works:

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@petproacademy.com.

  • Please include: the email used at checkout, the product name, and your order/payment details.

  • If approved, your access to the refunded product (and included bonuses, if any) may be revoked.

Refund exclusions (fair-use protection):
We may refuse or limit refunds in cases of abuse, such as:

  • Repeated refund requests after extensive consumption of multiple products

  • Fraudulent chargebacks or evidence of unauthorized purchases

  • Violations of the license terms (sharing/reselling content)
